Fundraiser Form
In order to make sure you have a successful event we would like to cover some points:
We suggest that you have pre-sales and distribute tickets for easier management.
Use two different colored tickets Red for $10 Entrée and Blue for $8 Dessert Crêpes,
The CrêpeMaker chef can sell more if they do not have to handle cash, and will prevent cash discrepancy. This also ensures that all sales make it to fundraiser Committee.
We will put a tip jar on display for the chef. Below are the 2 options for our contribution to the fundraiser:
10% of all gross sales will benefit your fundraiser after a minimum of $500.00 is met if we collect cash.
20% of all gross sales will benefit your fundraiser after a minimum of $500.00 is met if you collect cash.
Travel charges are as follow:
- Miami-Dade County: $30.00 travel charge will be added if your fundraising event is north of NW 72 St. or East of I-95.
- South Broward County: $40.00
- $60 for events north of Broward Blvd
- Palm Beach County: $100.00
