For fundraisers, we provide our Festival menu with Entrees at $12, Desserts at $10, and soft drinks and water for $3. We will put a tip jar on display for the chef. We suggest that you have pre-sales and distribute tickets for easier management. Use three (3) different colored tickets “Red” for Entrees, “Blue” for Desserts, and “White” for drinks. The CrêpeMaker can sell more if they do not have to handle cash and will prevent discrepancy. This also ensures that all sales make it to the Fundraiser Committee.

• Being a catering company, most of CrepeMaker’s business is on weekends. We need to guarantee that our station will be situated in a visible location to justify turning down catering to do your event.
• Provide an 8’ x 8’ area for CrêpeMaker to set up a red catering unit and open a logo umbrella. Provide a place to set up the menu board.
• If the crepe station will be set up indoors, please check if a COI is required. If so, please request building management to email a sample of the COI to catering@crepemaker.com.
• Access to an electrical outlet is required to support electrical burners. A standard outlet is sufficient.

Our equipment is heavy and bulky, and our chefs cannot carry it up flights of stairs alone. If stairs are unavoidable, customers MUST provide assistance (we recommend atleast 2 people). If our chefs must carry the equipment upstairs without assistance and they are able to do so, the customer will be charged a $250 fee.

The customer accepts that CrepeMaker reserves the right to cancel catering at the last minute without a refund if our team arrives at the event location and there are stairs to the catering site with no assistance provided.

In the event of heavy flooding or if you are located in a flood-prone area, we reserve the right to postpone your event to ensure the safety of our staff and equipment. If you inform us that there is no flooding and our team encounters flooding conditions upon arrival, you will be responsible for any towing costs incurred for the chefs' vehicle. Please note that our umbrellas are primarily for aesthetic purposes and to provide shade for our chefs. They are not designed to withstand rain, heavy wind or adverse weather conditions.
