Customer understands and agrees that CrêpeMaker charges a $100 non-refundable reservation fee, which is credited to your invoice. Your total will be charged 14 business days in advance of your event. Additional crepes, overtime, and any added charges will be due within 14 business days after your event. Catering fee is non-refundable after charged. CrepeMaker charges a service fee of $300 for postponing within 7 days prior to the event, $400 within 72 hours. For postponing you receive the dollar amount in credit to be used within a year of the original event date. CrêpeMaker does not accept cash payments. If your event is paid for by an organization and that organization would like to pay by check, please contact catering@crepemaker.com, or you can call or text 305-726-5203. Select "Consent" acknowledging customer understands and agrees to these terms.

Customer understands and agrees that changing serving time within 7 days of the event will result in a $100 service fee. Due to the high volume of parties we cater to daily, any serving time and overtime changes must be made 7 days or more prior to the event.

Our equipment is heavy and bulky, and our chefs cannot carry it up flights of stairs alone. If stairs are unavoidable, customers MUST provide assistance (we recommend at least 2 people). If our chefs must carry the equipment upstairs without assistance and they are able to do so, the customer will be charged a $250 fee.

The customer accepts that CrepeMaker reserves the right to cancel catering at the last minute without a refund if our team arrives at the event location and there are stairs to the catering site with no assistance provided. The customer will forfeit the event without a refund.

In the event of heavy flooding or if you are located in a flood-prone area, we reserve the right to postpone your event to ensure the safety of our staff and equipment.

If you inform us that there is no flooding and our team encounters flooding conditions upon arrival, you will be responsible for any towing costs incurred for the chefs' vehicle.

Please note that our umbrellas are primarily for aesthetic purposes and to provide shade for our chefs. They are not designed to withstand rain, heavy wind or adverse weather conditions.
